Oil + Authority Global Leadership Academy is a private, faith-based Christian religious institution operated for the spiritual, theological, and leadership formation of believers. The Academy operates under the protections afforded to religious organizations and faith-based educational ministries under United States federal and applicable state law, including First Amendment religious-freedom protections and religious exemptions from secular educational licensing where available.

As a religious institution, the Academy is not accredited by any secular regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, nor is it required to be. All degrees, diplomas, and certificates issued by the Academy are ecclesiastical and religious in nature, awarded in recognition of theological, spiritual, and leadership formation within a Christian framework.

Degrees issued by the Academy are intended for personal, spiritual, ministerial, and leadership development. They are not represented as equivalent to degrees from secular accredited institutions and should not be used or represented as such. The Academy makes no claim that its credentials qualify the bearer for any specific secular profession, state licensure, or government certification.

The Academy provides religious instruction, leadership formation, and Christian discipleship. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding income, employment, ministry placement, financial outcome, or measurable life results from enrollment in or completion of any program.

Testimonials reflect the personal experiences of individual students and are not representative of typical results. Spiritual formation is a lifelong process; the Academy provides instruction and community, not guaranteed outcomes.

All materials, lectures, writings, and curriculum represent the religious convictions of the Academy and its faculty. They are protected expressions of religious belief and are not offered as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

By enrolling in any program, applicant agrees to abide by the Academy's Statement of Faith, code of conduct, and academic policies. Enrollment confers no employment, agency, or partnership relationship with the Academy.

Tuition is non-refundable after the program start date except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Payment plans constitute a binding obligation through the stated term; default may result in suspension of program access and reporting to collection agencies as permitted by law.

All course materials, recordings, written content, and curriculum are the intellectual property of the Academy and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

The Academy reserves the right to update program structure, faculty, tuition, and policies. Students will be notified of material changes in writing.

The Academy collects only the personal information necessary to administer enrollment, deliver instruction, process payments, and communicate with students. Information collected may include name, email, mailing address, phone number, payment information, and academic records.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use trusted third-party processors (such as Stripe for payments and authentication providers for login) who maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Students may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Academy. Some records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate institutional purposes (such as proof of degree conferral).
