Oil + Authority Global Leadership Academy exists to form leaders the Kingdom can trust — men and women carrying spiritual authority, intellectual depth, and proven character.

We exist to identify, form, and release leaders who will govern with spiritual authority in the church, the marketplace, and the public square. Our degrees are not collected — they are earned through formation.

Vision

A trained generation of anointed leaders.

We envision a global community of alumni operating in apostolic authority, building enterprises and ministries that outlast their founders and bless every sphere they touch.

Statement of Faith

What we hold to be true.

  • Scripture. We affirm the Bible as the inspired, authoritative Word of God — the final standard for doctrine, life, and leadership.
  • The Trinity. One God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Jesus Christ. Fully God and fully man. Crucified, risen, ascended, and returning King.
  • The Holy Spirit. The active presence and power of God in the life of every believer and the Church.
  • The Church. The global body of Christ, called to disciple nations and equip every believer for the work of ministry.
  • Calling & Authority. Every believer is called; every leader is accountable. Authority is given to serve.
